Stryker's code of ethics

Stryker’s Conduct of Behavior standards apply at all meetings, training sessions and company functions regardless of the location. This includes meeting related functions poolside, on the golf course, in an exhibit hall, in airplanes, in private meeting rooms, in hotel lounges or bars and any other location associated with the meeting.

All participants should use the same standard of behavior as if they were holding a meeting in a Surgeon’s office or in the President’s office. Employees at all times must exhibit professional behavior and business casual dress, responsible use of alcohol at business and social events, and refrain from any type of inappropriate conduct (including harassment of any kind) with other employees, sales personnel, surgeons, other meeting guests, hotel personnel and/or any other persons.
